How to change the general moderation settings for your website

You can also define the general settings for how many flags are required before a user comment is moved into moderation or whether comments from new users are automatically allowed or moved into moderation.

To define these settings, please go to Settings in the main navigation, and click on the General tab.  

Use the Main tab to navigate to the Comments settings

Select the appropriate settings under the Comments section.
